UK market rates for a small flat or house are usually around £150 to £250, with larger properties and HMOs higher. Several properties booked together normally works out better per property.
When should I have it done?
Rented homes need testing regularly, and a change of tenancy is the easiest window. Tell us the void dates and we will work to them.
