From 100 year old cottages to brand new bespoke homes, we do it all

Rewiring & New Installations

From 100 year old cottages to brand new bespoke homes, we do it all. A fuse box full of old rewireable fuses, wiring in rubber or fabric, or simply not enough sockets are all signs a property is overdue a rewire, and we see plenty of them. It's the biggest electrical job a property ever needs, so it deserves proper planning.

We go room by room with you before a single cable is lifted, agreeing where every socket, switch and light should go, then protect floors and furniture, chase walls cleanly and make everything good afterwards. The same care goes into a brand new build, planned with your architect and builder so the first fix is ready when the other trades are. Every job is tested, certified and signed off.

Rewires & new installs questions, answered

How much does a rewire cost?

Every property is different, so we price each rewire individually after seeing it. You get a competitive price in writing before any work starts.

How long does a rewire take?

One to two weeks for a typical three-bedroom home, depending on size and whether you're living in it. You get a clear day-by-day schedule before we start.

Can we live in the house during a rewire?

Usually yes. We work room by room and keep the power on overnight wherever possible, and we'll tell you honestly if a bigger job is quicker with the house empty.

Can you run power to a garden room or extension?

Yes. A garden room, extension or outbuilding gets a correctly sized supply with its own protection, sockets, lights and heating as needed, all fully certified.

Ready for electrics done properly?

Competitive prices, certified work and an immaculate finish, on every single job.
